Conference Fees


Authors present at the conference pay the following fees:

*At least one author must be present and pay the conference fee. Authors who are not present at the conference are not required to pay conference fees. If two or more authors are present at the conference a full fee is applied to the presenter. Remaining authors present at the conference pay the fee reduced for 50 €.

**Participants born in 1984 or later(a proof of age must be provided).

Included in the Registration Fee:

Cancellation policy

The refund will be made by bank transfer and all bank charges will be born by registrants account. In case of cancellation, the conference organizer should be notified by e-mail

Note: All transfer charges and any other financial costs have to be paid by sender.

Please note that a confirmation of your payment (a copy of your Conference fee payment slip) is required. You are kindly requested to submit this copy to us in scanned form through Online Submission and Registration System.
